If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 888-800-9629. Cancellation via email may not intercept our turbo-charged shipping line quick enough. Once the shipping carrier is in possession of the package, an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery of the order, and the parts will be credited when we receive back the order.

The SparkPlugs.com Family fully backs all manufacturer's warranties. Warranty information can be viewed in the "Specs" tab on a parts detail page. If you feel you have a valid warranty claim, contact our customer service team to discuss initiating a return. Parts that were damaged due to incorrect installation are not covered under a warranty. Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturing defects only, and are not warranted for longevity, wear or breakage.

While our shipping team works hard to ensure your order arrives in good condition, occasionally packages get lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged shipment or it is lost by the carrier, we are here to help. Simply contact customer service and we will immediately work to rectify the situation.
In the case of a damaged shipment, please do not throw away the item, original packaging or outer box. We will arrange to have this picked up by the carrier.
